Consultations consist of a complete walk through of your home where we will verbally discuss recommended improvements such as decluttering, furniture placement, paint colors, and lighting and decor enhancements. A DIY approach to getting your home market-ready.

Occupied Staging & Styling
Once all recommendations from the consultation are complete, we will come back to re-style, reimagine and refresh your home using your existing furniture and decor. Additional option to supplement from our inventory of thoughtfully sourced accessories or we can do the shopping for you ~ allowing you to keep any purchases for your future home.
Written proposal and estimate included with consultation.

Whether you’ve just moved into a new home or are looking for a refresh, Cosima Home can provide the help and guidance needed to create a warm and inviting space that not only feels like home, but feels like you.
We begin with a free consultation where we will discuss your goals and a design plan. From there we provide recommendations on color, space plans, sourcing of furniture, fixtures and materials.
Implement the plan on your own or allow us to do it for you. An easy, quick and affordable approach to creating your happy space.
